Youth Climate Solutions Challenge Info Session
Do you know of Massachusetts high school students – or teachers – who are ready to turn climate concern into action?
MassEnergize’s Youth Climate Solutions Challenge invites teams of students to research a local climate issue, design a creative way to solve it, and then lead a community based campaign to implement their solution— with seed funding, mentorship, and cash prizes along the way. This year, we’re proud to grow the Challenge through new partnerships with Green Community Catalysts and Cooler Communities, helping us reach even more schools and communities across the Commonwealth.
Last year, 62 students from 10 schools across the Commonwealth took part — and every single one said the Challenge boosted their confidence to lead climate action in their own neighborhoods.
