Vernal Pool Exploration

Vernal pools are unique and vital breeding grounds for amphibians and a host of other fascinating creatures. They also play a critical role in supporting the larger food web. Join BNRC’s Earth Day exploration (and celebration!) of a vernal pool, looking for egg masses, amphibians, and invertebrates, and learning why it is important to protect these small bodies of water.
