The building designed by SO-IL, and landscape designed by Reed Hildebrand, together have the goal to achieve the International Living Futures Institute’s ambitious Living Building Challenge 4.0 certification and upon opening in fall of 2027 is expected to be the first mass timber art museum and the first LBC art museum.
