Mike Barrett, author of the climate bill, is State Senator for eight Massachusetts communities: Bedford, Carlisle,
Chelmsford, Concord, Lincoln, Waltham, Weston and Lexington. He serves as Senate Chair of the Legislature’s Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy.

Elizabeth Henry, current President of the Environmental League of Massachusetts, is committed to making Massachusetts lead the nation in environmental policy and getting on a pathway to net zero emissions.
