Join Berkshire Natural Resources Council (BNRC) staff and other enthusiasts at this online program to discuss great places and great ways to get outside in winter. They’ll mention a few classic spots for Berkshire winter outings and suggest a few you can check out that are off the beaten path.

A few tips on gear will also be provided: what to have on your feet and body and what to pack to make your seasonal adventures as enjoyable, easy, and safe as possible.

If you already get outdoors in winter, you know it is a magical and often under-appreciated season. Maybe you’ll get an idea for something new you’d like to try. Or, if you are simply winter-curious, consider this an opportunity to learn more!
