Landscape Design for Pollinators

March 29, 2023 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

As we domesticate the landscape, it is up to us domesticators to create habitat for pollinators in our own landscapes. Vermont Coverts hosts Jane Sorensen as part of the Land Ethic Vermont Speaker Series to learn about what makes good pollinator habitat.

Learn the various forms pollinator habitat can take, from meadows to formal gardens. Jane will share her extensive list of habitat plants and suggest where you can find seeds, plants, and more information to empower you to enhance your pollinator landscape.

Jane is a co-owner of River Berry Farm, Northeast Pollinator Plants owner, landscape architect and UVM Adjunct. Land Ethic Vermont is a collaborative effort to help Vermonters understand and explore their personal and community land ethic.
