The Hoosic River Revival (HRR) is hosting a Plein-air Watercolor Painting Workshop with local artist Corry Buckwalter on the south branch of the Hoosic River in North Adams on Saturday, October 8, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

The event will include a demonstration, instruction, and feedback from Buckwalter in a setting that takes in the natural beauty of the Hoosic River and the surrounding area.

There will be a lunch break from noon to 12:30; participants are asked to bring their own lunch. The event will end with a reception which will include refreshments and group sharing of paintings.

Both novice and experienced painters of all ages are welcome to participate. A suggested donation for the workshop, which includes all materials, is $10 per person. Register in advance at bit.ly/pleinairhrr or by emailing info@hoosicriverrevival.org.

This workshop will take place outdoors, and it is recommended that participants bring their own chair, water, lunch, and sunscreen.
