Come meet the artist Joanne Belair and enjoy light refreshments. Joanne Belair’s work focuses on the local watershed near the Great Fall Discovery  Center in Turner Falls, MA. Paintings include studies of the Connecticut River and tributaries as well as sights along the river walkways.
