Explore the fauna and flora of the Housatonic River Walk with Aimee Gelinas

Discover the diverse native plants that thrive in River Walk’s reclaimed habitat riverbank area.

The program will be led by educator Aimee Gelinas M.Ed, Director, Co-founder, and lead naturalist of the Tamarack Hollow Nature & Cultural Center. She will highlight the natural resources of this unique property in Great Barrington. Participants will learn about the flora (plants, trees, wild edibles) and the fauna (tracks, signs of wildlife) at this conservation area.

Participants are asked to register and meet at the Upstream Dresser Ave entrance to River Walk (St Peters Parking Lot).
