Aquatic Mammal Walk

Hike to Newcomb Pond, one of Dyken Pond’s prettiest and most secluded wetlands. Learn about the otters and beavers who live in this special area before placing a trail camera in an attempt to capture their awesome antics. All ages are welcome, but you must be able to hike about 3 miles at a moderate pace.
Dyken Pond Environmental Education Center is offering this $3 event in Rensselaer County, NY.
Pre-registration is required for all programs. Register at least 24 hours in advance by calling (518) 658-2055 or emailing dykenpond@gmail.com. Your registration is not complete until you receive confirmation from the Center.
