Recently, DCR undertook a public process to designate all of the facilities within<br \/>\nthe State Parks System as Reserves, Parklands, or Woodlands. The current update to the<br \/>\nexisting Land Stewardship Zoning guidelines includes modifications that reflect and ensure<br \/>\nconsistency with DCR\u2019s Landscape Designations process.DCR\u2019s Land Stewardship Zoning Guidelines are an integral component of the Resource<br \/>\nManagement Planning process, which is part of the agency\u2019s statutory responsibility to prepare<br \/>\nsuch plans pursuant to M.G.L. The purpose of the CWSRF is to assist communities implementing the requirements of the Federal and State Clean Water Act. The purpose of the DWSRF program is to assist Public Water Suppliers to implement the requirements of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.<br \/>\nThe IUPs lists by priority ranking those projects that MassDEP will recommend to be financed through the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust (the Trust) in 2012.
