Quite a crowd of people, mostly from the neighborhoods along the West Branch of the Housatonic River, gathered at Pitt Park in Pittsfield on Friday, May 11 to give their input into the Urban River Visions 2 Charrette.<\/p>\n

The evening started off with an amazing performance by Youth Alive, Pittsfield’s step dance and drumming performing group, organized by Shirley Edgerton.<\/p>\n

There were different kinds of maps and aerial photos of the area from Wahconah Park down<\/p>\n

to Clapp Park, hung on the walls of the amphitheater. People gathered and put stickers on<\/p>\n
