If you use IE10, please download\/use Google Chrome instead.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>To intervene, you can either submit a document as an e-Filing,<br \/>\nor use FERC&#8217;s \u201c(doc-less) Motion to Intervene&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Any individual, organization, business, or municipality can intervene. You will be asked to fill in reasons why you or your organization is a stakeholder in this matter. It is best if you type up your comment before, and just copy and paste it into this box.\u00a0 In order to have &#8220;standing&#8221;, you must be affected by the proposed pipeline. Click here for more information about standing.<\/p>\n<p>FERC\u2019s website is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ferc.gov\" target=\"_blank\">www.ferc.gov<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There is a tab for <strong>Documents &amp; Filing<\/strong>, and in the drop-down menu from that, click on e-Filing.<br \/>\nClick on the Log-in button.<br \/>\n(You will need your registered email address and password to log-in.)<br \/>\nAfter you log in, click the e-Filing link.<\/p>\n<p>Under <strong>Filing Type<\/strong> choose <strong>General<\/strong> in the first column.<br \/>\nWait a moment for choices to appear in the second column, then choose <strong>Intervention<\/strong>.<br \/>\nWait a moment for choices to appear in the third column, choose <strong>(doc-less) Motion to Intervene <\/strong>or <br class=\"none\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 choose <strong>Motion to Intervene<\/strong> if you want to submit a file.<br \/>\nClick the <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n<p>A search form appears.
