SUMMARY:How to Grow a Better Bird Feeder
DESCRIPTION:Bird populations are declining at an alarming rate due to habitat loss\, climate change\, and pesticides. Fortunately\, there are simple actions you can take to restore critical bird habitat in your yards and gardens. SUMMARY:Timberdoodles: Sky-Dancing Birds
DESCRIPTION:Join Mass Audubon Pleasant Valley for an evening of birding! Every spring\, American Woodcocks or “timberdoodles” turn the meadows of the Berkshires into a runway for their magnificent aerial dance. Learn about the lives of woodcocks with a short\, family-friendly presentation from a Mass Audubon naturalist\, then look and listen for them on the Glen Meadow Loop. Even if we don’t see any timberdoodles at Greylock Glen\, you’ll learn where and when to look for them during your next outing. \nThis program is all outdoors and includes a 0.2-mile walk to the area of highest woodcock activity. The trail surface is wide\, gravel-paved\, and has some small hills. Be sure to dress to be comfortable outside in the weather of the evening. Depending on the weather\, the trail surface might be wet\, muddy\, or slippery. \nThis is a family program. Each registration requires at least one adult and one child. Pre-registration is required. $10-$12 fee. \nLearn more and register at this link: https://tinyurl.com/timberdoodlesskydancingbirds \nDATE: Friday\, March 20 \nTIME: 7:00pm – 8:00pm \nLOCATION: Greylock Glen\, Adams

SUMMARY:Spring Birding Series
DESCRIPTION:Join Zach Adams from Mass Audubon for a 3 part series on spring birding. Bring binoculars if you’d like\, but your ears are the only requirement. \nRegistration is required to join these events. Click here to register.
