The schedule for the 2008 group is shown below or on pdf.

  • Training sessions generally run from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Three trainings are in Vermont and three are local. Some local trainings include evening sessions.
  • Car pools will be arranged for the trips to Wolfrun in Jericho, VT.
  • The cost to BEAT of training a wildlife monitor runs about $1,200. Trainees are asked to pay $450, plus the cost of staying overnight in Vermont for three of the trainings. If you are enthusiastic about the prospect of a local wildlife monitoring group and willing to make the commitment to training and annual monitoring but money is an issue, please talk to the BWT Coordinator about the cost. Some assistance may be available.
