| On March 10, 2000 Berkshire Community
College prepared a map of the new soccer field project. They
called the new map S-1. This map indicated that the new
fields would be larger than the current fields. Because of
this enlargement, the worksite would now be even closer to
the vernal pool and bordering vegetated wetlands and would
encroach on endangered species habitat in
violation of the regulations of
the Wetlands Protection Act and the Endangered Species
Act. |
