Since the college was
claiming that no elevations would change as a result of the
project and that the grade would remain the same, map S-1
was supposed to represent both the "before" and the "after"
picture of the site's grades and elevations. In fact, the
map couldn't represent any real-world surface. What
specifically are some of the differences between S-1 and the
assessor's map?
There are a number of
differences between the two maps. We've indicated some of
them with red arrows. Remember, the engineer stated in the
legend that he prepared this map (S-1) based on the
assessor's map (B-8). |
